Actions Speak Louder Than Words

I am a true believer of the saying ‘Actions Speak Louder Than Words’ and I think the base for any Change starts with Actions. Those Actions need to be based on solid objectives and principles if you want to attract support from others for the cause. However, it’s important to translate Actions into Words as well, so that whoever didn’t see the actual Actions get the message.

Some related inspiring statements follow:

I agree with most, except this one:

We should be taught not to wait for inspiration to start a thing. Action always generates inspiration. Inspiration seldom generates action. ~Frank Tibolt

Being inspired can generate action, can't it? If you aren't really inspired to do something, you wouldn't really do it well.

You are right...being inspired can generate action. But how often does it?

How many things do people say they are going to do, but never ending up doing?

Inspiring thoughts are a dime a dozen.

Action is what counts.

The point of the quote is ...if you really want to do something or change something in your life, don't wait for inspiration.

Just act, and the inspiration usually follows.

Also, you don't have to wait until you're able to do something really just have to start.

Here's another one of my favorite sayings...

"You don't have to get it right, you just have to get it going."

And here's another good one by Frank Tibolt:

"To win, BEGIN. All winning starts with beginning. The hardest part is always the start. So a thing begun is more than half done."

By the way, if you haven't yet read it, you should check out Frank's book "A Touch of Greatness."

It's an inspiring read...
